Documents for the agreed rental
Once a rental is agreed, Vesdoc will bring together agreement documents and insurance attachments for the correct boat and period. Booking and rental payment stay with the service you already use.
Before and after, in one place
Simple handover reports with photographs and notes will help document the boat’s condition before, during and after a rental, and share the relevant report with the parties.

Imagine a family renting your boat for the weekend.
- Send the link to the boat’s guide before they arrive.
- Walk through the boat together and record its equipment and condition at handover.
